Step 1: Pre-Inspection All Tile cleaning starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting type of tile and soiling/staining conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.

Step 2 – Commercial Pre-Vacuum Your tile will be thoroughly vacuumed with a Commercial Grade Vacuum to remove dry soil.

Step 3 – Furniture Moving  Chairs and small tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure.

Step 4 – Pre-Spray  Entire surface area is sprayed with an Alkaline cleaner to start the breakdown of soil and stains. This solution is safe on all tile and grout .

Step 5 – Restorative Rotary Scrub (tile brush) We use a rotary machine with a tile brush to scrub all tiles and grout lines. This loosens hardened soil on tile and grout.

Step 6 – Detail grout line Scrub All grout lines are hand scrubbed with a special V tapered brush to further remover soils from grout lines.

Step 7-Neutral PH Tile Rinse Once the soil has been fully loosened, our state-of-the-art Extraction equipment will spray and extract soils. We use an neutral PH solution to return tile and grout to it’s natural slightly acidic PH.

Step 8 – Speed Dry A high powered blower is used to speed up the drying process.

Step 9-Post spot /soil removal If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed.

Step 10-Tile Sealing After tile and grout has been restored we use a premium tile and grout sealer to lock in that new look for years of beauty.
